Awesome!! You made it, I’ve been waiting for you. YES, YOU. I won’t bore you with the typical “life story” in this section; anyone who knows me knows I am vibrant, enthusiastic and a uniquely “outside-the-box” professional who wouldn’t want to lose your attention with the mundane. Most would agree, working with me is a smooth and even exciting experience. I convey an array of skills to ensure we cross the finish line – with goals having been met and leaving a lasting impression. Not to toot my own horn, as a result of how well I take care of clients, I’ve been graced with significant referral and repeat business; for which, I am tremendously grateful.
What attracts me to the Real Estate business is the experience of many personalities and adventures that offer me constant growth, both as a person and as an expert – and no two transactions are alike. Being a “people-person” who is solutions-oriented and one who sees client service as paramount – I doubt if a more fulfilling career exists for me. It makes my day to reach out to my clients (whether past or current) to say, “Happy Tuesday” and feel the good vibe in their response when they say, “Happy Tuesday to you too Kim!” It feels even better to be a consistent and trusted resource to those making critical life decisions. In the end, this is a business of relationship-building, and I’m proud to say, I have built an amazing network of lifetime friends and clients over the years.
So…. A little background information on me! I’m a proud Washingtonian born and raised – and I’m as much a part of the area’s history as I am well-informed and involved in its exciting future. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed an accomplished career, earning a reputation for resourcefulness, creativity, and as a swift negotiator. Having proven expertise as a professional, I’ve facilitated successful transactions for both a discerning domestic and an international clientele – even in the most challenging markets. Additionally, I have been the exclusive consultant on several new construction luxury projects and worked with developers from concept to completion in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and I’ve mastered the art of matching buyers with exceptional homes, as well as achieving optimal value for sellers’ prized properties.
Prior to becoming a licensed agent, I was a Strategist and Financial Analyst. Eventually, I moved on to provide advisory and consulting services to Real Estate investors and developers with great success. Since obtaining my Realtor licenses, I have been featured in a plethora of publications and consistently recognized for Exceptional Sales and as a Top Producer. Today, I draw on my analytical background to provide customized strategies and insight to best benefit clients. I earned my B.S. Degree in Business Finance from the University of Maryland and studied International Tourism at George Washington University.
In my free time, I serve on the GCAAR Community Service Board and I’m a proud mom of a son and daughter. If you go to Webster’s and look up “well-roundedness” – you may very well find a picture of me! I enjoy all kinds of great music, travel, culture and connecting with people world-wide, coaching and speaking, cooking, dancing, reading, yoga, volunteering, and meditation. I also involve myself in other Philanthropic Efforts, including the Non-Profit, (EKWIP) Encouraging Kids with Incarcerated Parents, which I established myself. Lastly, but not least, I own a small Fashion company of over 20 years.
